Expert Executive Coach Guidance: Access to an executive coach is a known development accelerator, so having Missy McNabb, an ICF-certified (ACC) executive coach with 20 years of experience coaching individual leader and teams is a real benefit. Missy also brings her unique experience as a non-practicing attorney, an HR executive and an expert talent development and change management consultant. Participants can expect her to share current best practices, invaluable tools and templates, and alternative approaches to in each circle session, regardless of the topic.
Tailored Curriculum: All participants initially meet 1:1 with the executive coach, who will inquire about your career journey, your goals and what specific challenges you are encountering - potential topics for circle discussions. Circle assignments will be made based on your 1:1 meeting, ensuring that you are matched to a group with similar areas of focus. Participants then engage in a series of 8, monthly, dynamic 90-minute coaching circle sessions. Each session, led by our seasoned executive coach, will delve into a specific, pertinent topic, selected by the group, ensuring relevance and resonance with your professional journey.
