Meet Missy McNabb

Founder & CEO

Over the course of her career, Missy has had a passion to help leaders achieve their highest potential, with a commitment to consistently deliver value to the business. Using her legal background as a foundation, Missy leverages her talent development expertise with a wide spectrum of business experience, specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, strategic planning, learning & development, facilitation, engagement & managing change.

As a talent development expert, with 20 years of coaching and consulting experience, Missy has had exposure to a variety of clients: Fortune 50 companies, government agencies, as well as non-profit organizations, spanning across multiple industries: aerospace, education, consumer products, finance, government/military, healthcare, telecommunications and more.

After relocating from Atlanta to the Tampa Bay area in 2015, Missy connected with the local International Coaching Federation Central Florida Chapter and in 2019 joined their Board. Since then she has held multiple roles and currently leads their Community Partnerships — providing coaching support for The Honor Foundation and Linkage/SHRM's Women in Leadership Institute. Missy is a Global ICF member and ACC certified.

Missy is well-known for her ability to connect with people and understand their motivations and talents. She makes time to nurture and support her network and has enjoyed enduring relationships with her clients. Colleagues and clients enjoy working with Missy; she consistently brings warmth, sincerity and positive energy to work and life. After living in Atlanta, Georgia for almost 20 years, Missy now enjoys the opportunity to see palm trees and dolphins on a regular basis.
